All intending members should forward the completed forms with the photocopies of their credentials, a passport photograph, evidence of payment of N2,000(New membership fee){Bank Teller} into the Nigerian Statistical Association (NSA) Account with the First Bank of Nigeria, PLC, Corporate Headquarters, Marina, Lagos;

All the documents should be forwarded to the Chairman, Membership Committee of the NSA: Prof. B. A. Oyejola, First Vice President (NSA), Department of Statistics, University of Ilorin, Kwara State for consideration for approval.
