Mr. Chima Joshua Okoro was born into the a christian family in 1948 at Nbawsi in Isiala Ngwa LGA of Abia State. He started his Primary education at an early age of six and got his First School Leaving Certificate in 1961. He later got his GCE O’level in 1975. Mr Joshua Okoro got his B.Sc of Statistics from the university of Ibadan. He was a former Vice Principal and Lecturer at the F.O.S Training School Ikeja Lagos. He was also the Vice Principal of Federal School of Statistics Enugu from 1991 to 2001. Mr Chima Joshua is married and enjoys his free time playing lawn and table tennis, Farming and Poultry.
